  1. Dear Richard,
I’m not sure if this is the best place to contact you & it’s a starting place.I’m wondering if emailing you is preferable for you, if not please send me your email. Firstly I’ve felt shocked to hear your news & have wondered about the best way to be in touch & I’m sending you & Lavinia my love. I’ve read & caught up with your last 5 weeks through your website, amazingly organised & touching & real to read your journey. I send you love & a warm hug for Monday’s op….I feel at a loss for words right now & know that I’m dancing with you. Through your words I hear & feel your courage to be present with all you are truly facing. You are an amazing inspiration of life…..

    lots of love, love,love,love

  2. Dear Richard,I was trying to get in touch with you regarding a comment on some loss measurements which I half overheard and was interested to know more about, when I stumbled across the shocking news of your tumour, I recall your energetic and enthusiastic attitude to life. Though not religious, I wish for a miracle cure for you and remember your contagious and friendly smile as caught on your web site. Wishing you all the best and thinking of you, John Whitaker
