I recently had my DNA tested by www.LivingDNA.com. (they provide somewhat higher geographical resolution than some other testers). Prior to this, various family members were tested by www.familytreedna.com.
We also took the detailed results and fed them into a magic system called Promethease which identifies individual risk factors from the autosomal DNA data.
This yielded some fascinating data about my son and daughters risk factors, and mine too (though it did not predict my imminent demise!) .
